Set your sights and keep moving!
I ran my first 5k on Wednesday. I couldn’t finish the mile in high school, let alone 3.2 miles!
What do you want to do? Lose weight? Be happy? Finish something?
How are you going to get there?
Life has this beautiful principle: work and you will be shown. Things are rarely presented as the gift they hold. I started training to lose that last pesky weight. Through it I’ve gained a new camaraderie with my husband (bless him for training with me, even though he’s naturally physically gifted) and fellow co-workers who run. I feel a light and energy inside, I once looked at people like me and cringed, jealous because they always seemed to feel so good. And I now feel so good.
