Fight the Mental Fog Smoothie

Here is a vitamin-packed smoothie I like to make when I need a little mental clarity.

Equipment

  • Blender You can also use an immersion blender in a pinch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach or 1/2 cup frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt regular is fine as well
  • 2-3 scoops protein powder (optional)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup water Start with 1/2 cup and add more to make it pourable

Instructions

  • Add in all ingredients - I like to add protein powder somewhere in the middle so it blends well. Blend until smooth & serve!

Notes
