Blender You can also use an immersion blender in a pinch
Ingredients
2cupsfresh spinachor 1/2 cup frozen
1/2cupfrozen blueberries
1/2cupgreek yogurtregular is fine as well
2-3scoopsprotein powder (optional)
1banana
1cupwaterStart with 1/2 cup and add more to make it pourable
Instructions
Add in all ingredients - I like to add protein powder somewhere in the middle so it blends well. Blend until smooth & serve!
